This policy covers the RememberAll.ai coming-soon website, its sample demo and the launch waitlist. The full reminder app has not launched yet.
Who is responsible
RememberAll.ai is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@rememberall.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date and time you gave permission, the wording you agreed to, the version of this policy and the fact that you signed up through this website.
To limit repeated submissions, we temporarily store a hashed network identifier and an attempt count. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist database. Our hosting providers may separately process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use your email address to tell you when RememberAll.ai launches. We rely on the permission you give by ticking the launch-email box and submitting the form. Joining is optional. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists or use your email for advertising profiles.
We use limited security information to protect the signup form from abuse and keep the website working.
The demo and your documents
The demo uses fictional sample notices and bills. It does not upload your photos, read your documents, connect to your Google account or create real calendar events. We will provide updated privacy information before offering those features in the full app.
Who can access your information
Waitlist records are available only to authorised people operating RememberAll.ai and the providers needed to run the site and store the records. The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Addresses are not displayed publicly or sold.
If we use an email delivery provider to send the launch announcement, it will receive only the information needed to deliver that message on our behalf.
Fonts, cookies and external services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to download them, which can reveal technical information such as your IP address. You can read Google’s privacy policy for more information.
We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. Hosting and security providers may use essential technologies to deliver and protect it. The waitlist does not need an account, and we do not save your email address in browser storage.
Storage and retention
We keep waitlist information while preparing for launch and sending the launch announcement. We will remove it once that purpose is complete unless you separately choose to sign up for another service. You can request removal sooner at any time.
Spam-protection counters expire at the end of their hourly window and are cleared on subsequent signup requests. Hosting providers manage their own operational logs under their policies. Information may be processed outside the country where you live, depending on where our providers operate.
Your choices
You can withdraw permission, ask to leave the waitlist, correct your email address, or request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@rememberall.ai. Use the address you signed up with so we can help verify the request. Withdrawing permission does not affect use of your information before the withdrawal.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to object, restrict processing, request a portable copy or complain to your local data protection authority.
Children’s information
The waitlist is intended for adults. Please use your own email address and do not submit a child’s contact details, school records or other personal information.
Security and changes
We limit access to the waitlist, use encrypted connections and validate form submissions. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If our use of your information changes, we will update this policy and seek fresh permission where needed.
